Adding standard CR types in SAP MDG

  SAP provides some standard CR types which can be used for business processes.

For example.

In BP data model, SAP provides CR types like BP1P1, BP1P2, BP5P1 etc.,

Choose BC set from any SAP portal or choose from F4 help which gives all possible BC sets.

Lets check CR types available in system now.

Only two custom CR types are available in the system.

Check present status of software component.

Its latest release is S/4 Hana 1909.

So, choose latest BC set from dropdowns.

1. Transaction: SCPR20.

2. Use Search help and search from description with *MDG*Change*.

3. After choosing BC set, view its properties using display option.

This shows that these CR types will get created after activating this BC set.

4. Go to Main screen of SCPR20 and click on activate. Enter TR number and continue.

5. After activation, ignore warnings and check for errors. If there are no errors, then check CR types.

6. Check CR types.

These CR types got added in the list after BC set activation.
